WHOLESALE TERMS & POLICIES

ORDERING:
Email purchase orders to wholesale@noemisalome.com
Opening order minimum: $75
Shipping charges are calculated once your order has been received.
You will receive an invoice payable through Stripe (accepts all major credit cards) or PayPal.
Orders do not begin processing and will not ship until full payment has been received.
Order processing time is typically 1-3 weeks depending on products requested, as most items are made to order. Ship date will be confirmed after your order is placed.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS:
If shipments are returned to Noemi Salome unclaimed or refused, we cannot refund orders or shipping charges. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
All cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted by email within 24 hours of placing the order. For returns on damaged or incorrectly shipped items, please email wholesale@noemisalome.com within 5 days of receipt. All merchandise must be re-turned unopened and unused.
